I’m going to teach you a radical new way to think about your career. It doesn’t start and end in beauty school or industry classes, because those won’t take you from Lucas van Leyden to Michelangelo. The key lies beyond appearances and endless hamster wheels and isn’t as much ‘woo-woo’ as it is ‘just do’.

So what am I talking about? I can almost hear the sound of your eyes rolling into the back of your head as you hear another lecture on hard work and determination. Well, buckle up! Our journey will cover the mundane in great detail, but the core of this blog, the whole point of this community, is going to be about the shift from ‘hair stylist’ to ‘hair strategist’.

You’ll be able to do what seemed to be impossible because you’re consistently booked behind the chair, attracting new guests and developing existing clients with your talents.
